Our services
Nexus Tax and Accounting Solutions Ltd provides accountancy, bookkeeping, tax advisory and automated accounting system setup as agreed individually with each client in a separate engagement letter, which takes precedence over these general terms.
Fees
Fees are fixed and agreed monthly, as set out in your engagement letter. We'll always tell you in advance if scope — and therefore fees — needs to change.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete information in good time. We can only be as accurate as the information we're given.
Liability
Our liability is limited as set out in your engagement letter, in line with standard practice for accountancy services.
Complaints
If something's not right, tell us directly first at info@nexustasl.co.uk — we reply within 24 hours and will do our best to resolve it quickly.
Ending the relationship
Either party may end the engagement with reasonable written notice, as detailed in your engagement letter.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales.
